I’m a 69 year old grandmother and great-grandmother who worries about the future of my family, also I have 15 granddaughters and 6 grandsons; what will their future look like if we don’t stand up and do the work and vote on every level of government to put a STOP to gerrymandering ( hope I spelled it correctly), and to maintain DEI, because Both affects everyone, especially Black and Brown People and especially Women of every color, again thank you both so very much. Please pass this conversation along. I’m trying to open a business here in Washington state and I wanna know if there’s any government grants out there that aren’t so strident. And refusing to give you a chance to realize that this is something that is needed in this state where being African-American it’s hard to do because they ask so much of you in order to get this government grant which supposed to be for us
From Mississippi to the northern state crimes against black and brown people have been going on to this day and not being addressed been brought against the justice that is deservedly ours inherently and people need to understand what his state and do something about it because I don’t wanna live in a world that tells me what I can and can’t do with my body tell me that I’m not a part of this country even though we bought and died in build this country And I shouldn’t have to go through this but I do want to say this what makes you think that I am addressing this to Caucasian people that you are better than me people understand this they do get this mindset because they were abused as children by learning hate. this is a Learned thing. For months, I had no idea what terms like Antifa, DEI, WOKE, Deep State, and other terms created and/or demonized by the Left in their rhetoric meant. So many minorities do not stop to listen and look it up.
I didn't know until I looked up and learned that horrible group they kept calling ANTIFA was ME! I was turned against the term because I had heard it so often, until I looked it up and discovered THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT ME!
We really need to be schooled on the actual definitions of these terms they keep demonizing and we buy into them because we don't know they are talking about US!
