You can usually build one for around 10k, if you do it right. With shortcuts, about 8k. Just look up 16 or 18 mil DM Banshee, you see them in 300ft drags all the time.
I know a shift cart that would eat that banshee and the bike, it has a 600R motor in the damn thing. My buddy use to race the 250cc class and bought a new bike so tore the motor outta the bik and slapped it in. Things outta control but fun to ride
