I would advise to go for good company for less sum insured because companies like star and care don't approve your cashless admission claims frequently.
I have a suggestion! Make a detailed video on 1. Standalone cancer insurance policy 2. Seprate accidental insurance policy 3-4 years ago, these type of policies were able to purchase, but now they have converted these policies into riders , so you can't buy them standalone. I have checked with ICICI, LIC , Aditya Birla , HDFC.
I thought you will go into the blueprints of Acko plan to show their catch of unlimited coverage?! But you highlighted the positives of HDFC plan only without explaining the -ves of Acko plan! If I am not wrong, Acko does not give commission to Ditto but HDFC does! Everyone should start from somewhere and so is Acko and same goes for Ditto! Edit: To add, you never mentioned the age of the adults in your video to do the premium comparison! I strongly believe HDFC will cost very high (atleast double) for senior citizen couples at 60s. Moreover, there is no Super Top up plan above 50L in HDFC I believe.
We have covered the nuances of Acko Insurance in detail in a previous video. Please feel free to check it out here - th-cam.com/video/Eg80QXSjEtI/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUKYWNrbyBkaXR0bw%3D%3D We aren't currently partnered with Acko because of the reasons mentioned in the video. The premiums mentioned are for a 30-year-old Adult living in Tier 1 city.
Quality content guys! Keep going. ❤️ Also I have been asking a video for insurance on chronic illness affected people like with rheumatoid arthritis, epilepsy etc. is there atleast any plans with copayments which can help such people.
Sir please make a video on standalone dental insurance Also sir what type of stem cell treatments are covered by insurance in India and what type of stem cell treatments are excluded
Sure Arun! We shall do that :) Thanks for the suggestion! Meanwhile, feel free to check this Article by Ditto to understand Dental Insurance in India in 2024 - joinditto.in/articles/health-insurance/dental-health-insurance/
Sir 1 have query regarding unlimted restore Is it valid for modern treatment Many companies including star fho say not applicable on modern treatment Please clarify
Don't go for star insurance, they rarely approve cashless admission claims. In my opinion they are one of the worst. HDFC is good, but premium is way higher than star.
HDFC Ergo Optima Secure is our primary recommendation since it has a consistently high CSR and have very low complaint volume as compared to Star Health
I got a phone from care customer care that they are giving a diwali offer where they are offering a 1cr cover for additional 2k premium per year on my existing premium which is 10k. Also this premium will be fixed for lifetime. Is this good option to opt for?
Do you have a good experience with Care ? I have seen patients on ventilators getting rejected by Care for cashless approval. This year I am porting it to HDFC which I had a great experience in previous years
hey, so actually my parents were planning to get a health insurance. They are 56 and 46 Yrs old. We actually can't afford such high premiums so they thought of going with ACKO STANDARD HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY. Would it be correct to do so? Folks, do you have any experience. I just wanna know the PUBLIC REVIEW and DITTO.
I got Acko Platinum for my parents (both over 60), annual prem - around 1 Lc. PED has a waiting period of 4 years. Had a claim in the first year itself for an ortho surgery. Cashless request got denied but the reimbursement was honored. Got the entire amount without any deductions. HDFC probably wouldn't have underwritten their policy. Acko in my experience is worth it.
@@rakeshp7623 It's good. But Why such high premium? Is this because of Metropolitan city or what? And why they didn't approve the CASHLESS? Please share your view. Can you please tell your CLAIM AMOUNT?
@@RaunakSinha2 original premium is around 75k, and then this 18% GST gets added to it. It's the age and then loading for PEDs detected makes the base premium high. This might be totally different in your case.

Guys why do you even bother making such videos. When in all of them you're just gonna back hdfc by saying hey it's reliable. That is true i get it but please go more in depth of things. You don't even mention negatives such as no ped waiting period reduction add on option on hdfc ergo. Whereas other's are offering much more add ons for eg. Niva bupa's lock the clock. I bet all the employees in ditto have an iphone. Its pricy but hey it's secure.

Many companies including star fho say not applicable on modern treatment

Star fho cover modern treatment but limited coverage as per your sum assured
Yes, it is! This is only applicable if the insurer also covers modern treatments.

It depends on what you mean by 'disability'. Could you please elaborate

I'm not hating, just that it is a bit frustrating when the bias is so evident throughout the video :/
