    hey, i have taken optima secure floater for parents. my agent never asked me to select from 51 critical illness list does that mean this 51 illness is excludes from insurance??

    Is it necessary to admit a patient in a hospital where a health insurance tht we tuk before is available?..

    If i opt fo 25K deductible and my 1st claim of the year amount is 1lac, then will i have to pay the complete amount 1lac and then claim 75K or just pay 25K to settle and rest will be cashless.

      i got this answered by your agent over call.
      Only 75K will be processed out of 1lac bill and rest 25K will be paid by individual.
      75K will be cashless.

    Everything is there except for opd coverage which is very important for managing ones health in time. Other companies like star and Tata AIG have introduced OPD coverage in their plans and their pricing is quite decent whereas this plan inspite of being very pricy is lacking this important feature
