Tafweez talaque is not any kind of talaq but a way of taking talaque.
Similarly Talaq mubarra is nothing in Islam but it is Mubaraat. (Mutual Talaque/Khula)
System of Talaq, Khula, Faskh is very clear in Shariat.

Women have identical right of divorce like husband in muslim laws ,khula and talak e tafveez are two forms of extra judicial divorce procedure where women could claim divorce without judicial intervention
But pre condition are also required in both system

طلاق تفویض ، فسخ و تفریق ، خلع جیسی طلاق کا تذکرہ علماء ہمیشہ کرتے رہے ہیں اور یہ عورت کے حقوق بھی ہیں لیکن ان چیزوں خصوصا خلع کی جس طرح وضاحت آ پ کررہے ہیں دین میں اس کی گنجائش نہیں ہے کیرلہ ہائی کورٹ کے عورتوں کو طلاق کا برابر حق دینے سے عورتوں کو یہ حق نہیں ملے گا
دین اسلام نے عورتوں کو مردوں کی طرح طلاق دینے کا ڈائریکٹ حق نہیں دیا ہے بلکہ ان ڈائریکٹ حق دیا ہے
علماء بتاتے کیوں نہیں۔ اور ٹرپل طلاق بل 2019 کے لاگو ہوتے ہی ملک کے بیشتر علماء کو سانپ کیوں سونگھ گیا 😭

Faskh-e-Nikah is the dissolution of a marriage by an Islamic Court (in a Muslim country) or a Shariah Council (in the UK) when the wife wants to proceed with divorce but the husband unreasonably refuses to grant the Talaq.
