Law of Inheritance according to the Quran Chapter 4, verse 11. If UCC is implemented , it will not be end of the world. The survival is getting harder and harder day by day for any community. A time will come when the World will definitely adopt the Law of the Haq. Till then Use education as a tool to survive. Stick to Sunnah as much as possible and educate yourself and the family. Thus if these positive law can have variations, why the personal laws cannot exist with such laws, instead of they been seen as violating various provisions, when each law evolved as per specific circumstances. China implement 1 child with punishment for violations, then 2 child, then 3 child, which now not offence, thus these positive laws are themselves not uniform over time playing sea-saw according to situations. Same was the case with polygamy to provide women with homes including those in distress. A real case of equality and justice is not giving 50% of husband's wealth and income but it can be achieved by drafting comprehensive mutual agreement before marriage ,by both parties mentioning separation benifits, monthly maintenance,aliminoy and distribution of acquired wealth, not just for wife but for both the parties, which can be assured with the insurance companies.

अस्सलामुआलेकुम सर एक मशवरा चाहिए एक शख्स जिसकी मौत 2001 में हो चुकी है। उस शख्स के 2 बेटे और 3 बेटी हैं। दोनों बेटे और दो बेटियों की शादी उनके सामने ही हो गई थी। एक बेटी (उम्र लगभग 65 बरस) की शादी बीमार रहने के कारण आज तक नहीं हो सकी। मुस्लिम फेमिली है। पिता की मौत के बाद 2002 में पैतृक संपत्ति में दोनों भाइयों का नाम वारिसान में दर्ज हो गया। क्या गैर शादी शुदा बेटी का पिता की इस सम्पत्ति में कोई मालिकाना हक़ बनता है या नहीं?

Surprisingly, we don't even as common law without state amendment, including various high court having their own rules. Thus if these positive law can have variations, why the personal laws cannot exist with such laws, instead of they been seen as violating various provisions, when each law evolved as per specific circumstances. China implement 1 child with punishment for violations, then 2 child, then 3 child, which now not offence, thus these positive laws are themselves not uniform over time playing sea-saw according to situations. The women, who raises children's in Russia is now considered more nationalist then conservative families with less children. Same was the case with polygamy to provide women with homes including those in distress.
