Allocated RAM isn't the same as actual RAM usage. If your PC doesn't have a ton to spare, it'll allocate less, as long as it's at least kinda above the actual usage, it'll be fine. But even so, high settings will probably be too much. Then again if you still at 16GB, I doubt the rest you got can run high
Have you considered increasing Power Limit % on your 6700 XT? It seems heavily power limited in this gameplay and you could achieve some noticeable fps improvements with increased power budget.
The power limit is 220w its simply reaching the max clock speeds with only 170-180w in this game. You would get decent increase with overclocking in this game since there is like 40 w to spare
are you on the latest driver (24.8.1)? and what windows are you using? i'm not being able to get the same fps and trying to discover what could be the problem
Just stick with the recommended preset that game gives you it was mix of high ultra and medium that should give your GPU headroom to never go below 60, unless CPU bottleneck. I wouldn't use fsr on 1080 it looks terrible
this game gonna be bottlencekd by cpu on most of the mid range/high end cards in 1080p, with my 5700x3d and rtx 4080 i see some scenarios where cpu cannot push above 80 on 1440p, even with 7800x3d you will be bottlenecked to 90-100 fps in some heavier scenes. the game is super cpu heavy dont expect to play this in 144 hz+ on any current hardware

@@AlexCyber-t8m even 5600x inst gonna hold 60+ all the time too i even saw drop to like 55 fps on 5700x3d in one scene in the last part of the game. I dont think its worth upgrading cpu just becouse of this one game. If you really want to upgrade get 5700x3d or 5800x3d tho anything below that is not worth it on am4 platform in my opinion

You'll be fine ob's takes some it's even stated that 16gb is min required. Maybe won't be able to run a lot of software in background simultaneously
