Another great video, thankx! Although I have been to the 3 Pagoda Pass twice in the last 2 decades, I haven't visited the section in the Nikke area (simply because I did not know there were still traces of the tracks or where to look for).

I pray to all war victims.
A stage of the short short story as "violin of a moonlit night" Hagio Moto, the Japanese cartoonist wrote is Nikke.
Her father who was a civilian war worker waited for repairing in a destroyed bridge by an air raid in nikke station. The contents by which he played the violin for a companion and a Japanese soldier there at some nights.

      I'm thankful for steady activity.
I knew a large number of people to have passed away during construction, but it was known for my first time the railroad which runs through what kind of place specifically it was.
When a war had ended, Mr. Hagio was here in Jakarta. And the causative was made him at a camp. He returned to Japan with the violin in 1946 and led a long life as a way of the headship of the local classical music.
There is almost no Japanese information about the area where the United Kingdom removed a rail immediately after the end of the war.
While looking for its location, English transcription as Nikki was found, more searches were continued and your TH-cam channel was found.
      Thank you again.

Very interesting videos on your channel . As a Thai I can say that there are rarely any Thai documentaries about tracing the lost railway, it seems most Thais aren't interested in exploring the complete route of the railway itself (Most did not go beyond Hellfire pass) as most books and documentaries that touched this topic focused on The POW and the war crimes from The Japanese. There is a two parts short documentary called Spirit of Asia trying to trace the railway from Thailand to Burma's side , it's not very detailed and the map description is quite vague. It also mixed with the POW topic (the dialogue is in Thai with a little bit of English subtitle.) but the interesting thing is they asked both Thai and Burmese locals to show them the remains of some structures from the railway. Hope it might be a little help in your research.

Thanks very much for your comment, and the two links. I don’t speak Thai, so I don’t understand some of the talking, but it is still very useful. Especially the drone footage around Takanun and Nikke, and the coverage inside Burma. Very good! Thanks for your interest in the channel.
