I see these everywhere & I’ve seen them made on TH-cam, but no one ever gives you the recipe & it’s usually Korean subtitles & I don’t read it or speak it., but I do make Korean food for 10 yrs & I’ve been eating it 26 years., I’m pretty good at cooking & now making Korean food all from watching videos especially all the different Kimchi’s & Korean Bulgogi., finally I have the recipe. You should try the batter with the glutinous rice flour. Its wayyy better bc it gives that unique chew.
