how would you air dribble if you were moving at a fast speed already?. I find that when im running high speeds i cant lift the ball how could i do that?

I can’t safely say, but I’ve had the same trouble and I found that I just need to use my legs as a lift. Basically make sure your going faster than the ball is, but takes a while to control it. Not to sure if it’s the correct way but it’s what works for me.

Move the ball to one side and then use your stick as a ramp to lift the ball up and forward. I hope this is what you asking? How to lift the ball at high speed?
