iHAP to Costa Rica's School of Chocolate (2022)

We drove all the way to the southern Atlantic coastal town of Puerto Viejo in Costa Rica to attend a full-day session with the award-winning organic Chocolate Brand, Talamanca Chocolate
Ancel Mitchell, the woman behind the Chocolate is Medicine movement, introduced us to the wonderful world of Cacao. From the health benefits of each part of the tree to the nutritional contents of the Cacao fruit and seeds, her teachings have forever changed our perception of Chocolates.
