Splendid built like a bicycle should be, and in first rate order I noticed that the dynamo has rather a lot of endfloat which could be taken up with shims quite easily, either by yourself or a cycle repair shop. It would run smoothly and with less noise, it also may be the reason it seemed to bounce a little on the tyre at the start.

Please mount the dynamo correctly so that the axis of its shaft passes through the centre of the rear axle. Now connect a wire from the 12V terminal of the dynamo to the head light. Thank you.
