Imagine after looking for 15 mins you find a game and you don't even get a chance to play
It's crazy how much freedom characters in this game have compared to DBFZ or any modern fighting game for that matter. If this game had a good netcode, without a doubt it would still be alive today. No other franchise can replicate the feel and enjoyment of MVC.
I don’t know if dbfz is a good comparison for freedom since that’s one of if not the fighting game with the freest combo system being played right now
@@Cl3ftys I made the comparison with that in mind. DBFZ allows for a lot of freedom with what you can do combo wise. Yet its still seems somewhat limited when compared to MVC due to a lot of the offensive nerfs the game has received over its life.

honestly not really, with online, pretty much everything is cheap by that logic, point Vergil is insanely meter hungry, his damage is ridiculously bad without swords, hence, he doesn’t build meter that well (meter that is literally essential to Vergil.) he needs mixups to the maximum in order to do any damage without swords, if you wanna know where Vergil is truly cheap? XF3 in DT, not point Vergil.

How’s the community for MvC right now? I’m thinking of trying to learn it, I used to play forever ago but never actually learned the game.
Take a like 20 minutes to find a match and you will most likely fight a high ranking player. There little to no casual players. Or at least when I played.
