yes a bit but i think it depends on the case, but also the lanyard card sit awkwardly on the charger when plugged in which could lead to damage on the cord or or plug in jack😖

when the phone in case with card, Can it charge by lighting wire ?

yes you can still charge with card in but it does push the charger cable a bit to close for my liking which could damage connection over a period of time.

How durable is it??

I would say it's very durable. I really don't see this thing snapping. The key card does make it a tight squeeze when charging and also i would recommend a rhinoshield case with it.
