No problems just feedback on this stupid advertisement video that isn't a setup guide of any sort. Answer questions that people ACTUALLY have in real life - like: can you easily pre-setup wifi for a gift recipient? How does account sharing work? An overview of the web app interface. Things people actually want to know by going to the youtube channel for a product
The video should show how to set up an account for someone else - if I create an account for them using their email address, before I give the gift, they'll get an email notification.

Very poor instructions based on the title and company's video. Missing steps and I am having issues that make me want to return it.
I feel very much the same. This is without question the worst buying choice I have ever made simply because its NOT user friendly. I am so disappointed
How do you add sound to the speaker
Every time I turn it off for whatever reason I got a factory reset it!
My frame keeps telling me it needs hotspot web authentication but shows no screen to login.

Poor instructions. How is the connection made between the remote and the screen unit? You could have taken another minute and explained the setup better
Hi @Richard Davis, you may use your remote or phone (through the Nixplay App) to control your Nixplay frame.
I'm so frustrated. Why did you take the Interactive video tutorials off of the front page? You know the easy step by step guides how to use your WiFi Cloud? I've been on the phone with my mom for 3 hrs. trying to walk her thru the steps of using her easy to install Digital Frame. She is very tech savvy but not enough to use your frame without some step-by-step help. For a $200.00 purchase, this is unacceptable. Please put the videos back on the home page. It's nice to have a refresher when needed.

@@Nixplaycloud if this was a year ago and you were currently doing it a year ago, where is the instructions in 2020. I have spent a huge amount of money on this item and it wont work at the moment and nowhere to help me set it up

@@richiesama951 The video shows not available after clicking on the private video sign-in. I have sent an email to Nixplay asking for simple instructions for technically challenged and elderly to be able to set up their frames. If I don't get an answer we will return the frame for a refund.
1:16 Would be nice if it would show HOW easy it is to share instead of just telling audience. I was hoping to see an in-depth or step-by-step tutorial on how to share photos. If the process is too complicated, I will not be able to purchase for relatives that are not tech-savvy.
