I've been trying in crappy normal draft games and it doesn't seem to be working for me, but the quality of team work is poor in my games with no one understanding your limits and the value of you running out rather than just tanking until death
She takes blue smite with boots of speed from inspiration tree , to make up for late boots , warmogs are good to stay healthy in clears(since you dont have green smite) and also seju health scaling (heartsteel is good too but it lacks hp regen and also less consistent in terms of health stat (u need to stack the warmogs, seju is not that gank heavy) when you rush warmogs with bami's cinder you can pivot towards MR or Armor in both boots and second item. So this is a very versatile and consistent build.

i guess because of the movespeed in warmogs, thats why. More roaming capabilities
Yes because you can not stack heart steel as reliably in the jungle.
