Hi, years ago i had this problem. Than i managed to get my screen back by pressing one button on the remote. I found that on a forum. Smart as i am i didn't write it down. And now the problem is back. Have you heard of this trick?

You can reach Samsung Care Team for TV. They can remotely access it to Reset the TV.
I advise you to do it after the warranty, the service will see the logs and will not recognize the warranty
