Samsung Smart TV: How to Reset Network (Problems with WiFi? Weak or No Signal )

- I have a Samsung Smart TV and I show you how to reset network. Note that i had all kinds of connectivity issues and nothing worked until i reset my network. Once you reset your network you will have to reenter your wifi name and password. Hope this helps.

I work for a router company and my customer was having issues with her TV showing connected but no internet. I was able to google Samsung TV network reset and found this video. She will be calling back. This works for a day then it will be the same issue tmrw. You can also reboot the TV by holding down the power button on the remote for 15secs. Again this would also be a temp fix. We need to find the real issue and fix it Samsung.
Yeah mine isn't finding any networks I'm wondering if the part that receives a signal has malfunctioned

You can tell me why my TV won't be made.
I would recommend unplugging the tv for about 30 seconds and then trying this. That’s how I got mine to work

Solution: Hold the power button to restart the tv and you should be able to see it after that

Also if that doesn’t work unplug your tv for a couple minutes, then reset network, and it’ll show the wifi network

This is a only a temporary fix. Once the TV has been off for a while, it will disconnect from the network again. Samsung refuses to acknowledge there’s a problem with their TVs just like they refused to acknowledge the exploding phone and washer/dryer issues a few years ago until they got the pants sued off their ass. Same thing will need to happen again to make them get off their ass and do something about this. You could’ve bought 2 Vizo TVs for the price of one Samsung and it would’ve worked for years!

Well unplugging it works for me, holding the power button on the remote down for the seconds also works for me, and resetting the TV also works, but no matter what I do everytime I turn the TV off and then back on again it won't connect to the internet and I have to do the unplug trick or the remote power button trick, or reset TV trick. Holding down the power button on the remote for three seconds after I return the TV on is the quickest option. Do you have any idea why the TV doesn't connect to WiFi when I turn it on?

You using wifi or wired? Check your cables and router configuration. Also make sure power is not being lost to the TV power outlet. When mine's unplugged I lose wifi settings.

Didn't work for me unfortunately. My internet went out on my TV tonight out of nowhere and nothing will fix it. I reset network settings and did full factory reset.
Looks like I have to do this often. Is there a way to save the wifi password so that I dont have to re input when reset.

I did RNS, still not working though. After i choose wireless,it did not scan the network available instead gave me option to choose between WPS or add network. When i add network manually, it did not recognize it. When i choose WPS, it sends PiN to wireless router and wont connect at all. How to fix it? Will resetting the router will do?

Ok great... I'm going to try it. I just signed on to Hulu+Live TV because I'm in the process of "cutting the cord" and so I'm also humoring apps thats already built in theTV like TH-cam and Tubu and such but so far I just get an error message that the Samsung cant connect so... I certainly hope this helps. Otherwise, I don't know if a router would help?

No. Doesn't work. It finds my wifi router. I put in my password. Then the circle goes round & round until it just says unable to connect. My phone & tablet are ok. It's just the Samsung TV. I can't watch TH-cam or Netflix on it - or anything that requires the internet. HELP !!

You did not discuss weak signal which causes the connection to be lost and reconnection is necessary again and again. Low bandwidth can cause disconnection also.
