    This work is a pain in the ass! No wonder it cost a small fortune to replace a clutch on a car! This dude is taking a complete gearbox on his belly! Respect!

    Hello Kevin! Awesome videos! really perfect! I'm french and I do some mechanic myself on my Ford Focus 2 Petrol 1.6l and soon I'll need to replace the clutch (the current one has 135 000kms) and your video on the same car as mine is really awesome and makes me much more confident about doing it. Plus that this Ford Focus has a lot of room to do easy mechanic!
    Anyway, keep up the good work that's awesome!!

    Great job. Thanks again for sharing. It seems that this transmission case had very little liquid. Then I noticed the internal shattering of the pressure disk. And bell. Greetings.

    • @WMCS
      @WMCS  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      carles Girona it seems the pressure plate failed causing the metal debris to put a while through the bell housing. I’d assume that’s when it lost the transmission oil.

    If you know which vehicle you will be working on, usually the lower track controll arm to knuckle bolt is a one time use jobby (Pre-Stretch). You would then be able to supply new ones.

    Theres a recall on that model for the same problem the recall includes a software update to reduce torque if clutch slip is detected. Ford etis website can confirm this.

      Hi John. As much as the Milwaukee is highly rated as a power tool. The battery casing is a big let down. It’s only held together by 4 of the smallest screws ever. You can have daily mistake them for an iPhone screws ... so to answer your question it’s to try and keep the battery casing from separating....

    Hi!
    I have a problem that if I go with him a lot in town or long distance, when I release the clutch at the last 1cm it shakes the whole car. It doesn’t do it cold just after a while, every time you start. Can it be a clutch mechanism or a dual-mass flywheel?
