- It's time for some glitches in SpongeBob Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated!
These still work on the Nintendo Switch version, so I'd image they're still possible on all other platforms.

Beating the boss is what gives you the new moves. Not talking to him.
12:55 This is actually because the sound is from the original, where the Bubble Bowl operated slightly differently. Depending for how long B was held, you would hear 3-6 clicks before the throw. Here, it seems like you can charge it up for a theoretical 9 clicks, but those clicks aren’t there.
Also, fun fact, the original GCN version had a different sound effect when you let the ball go. All other versions (including Rehydrated) use the same sound effect, which is the same as the SpongeBowl in all three versions of the movie game.

12:33 I think I know what happened here. There’s probably a set of tags the game uses to highlight words; let’s just say it’s “[O]” for this example. When editing the text, all they have to do is write “…perform a Karate [O]Kick[O].” And it’ll work. Clearly, they forgot to add the space before the tag; I’ve done this a couple times (it’s not easy to edit text strings, believe it or not).
Alternatively, that Kick word could be a different string that’s inserted into the text box and hardcoded to be highlighted, but that’s not very practical. Where else is that gonna be used?

Sandy's infinite lasso still works.
Other spatulas you can warp to as any character are Infestation at the Krusty Krab (Bikini Bottom), Patrick's Dillema (Jellyfish Fields), and Slip Sliding Away (Rock Bottom).
At the beginning of Sandy's Dream, there's a group of flying tikis, including thunder tikis and stone tikis. If you stand on one of the stone tikis that are far enough from the thunder tiki's range to not be blown up, the tiki will take the player with it to the ground as it falls much faster than when the player is airborne.
Start off as Spongebob in the Goo Lagoon Pier. Use the bus stop near Mr. Krabs to switch to Patrick. Patrick will already be in Mr. Krabs' dialogue range. This way, Patrick can move around during Mr. Krabs' dialogue.
Sponge games can become buggy a lot... But fun. 🙃

12:21 I don’t remember what I was doing now but I found another instance of there not being a space between words during dialogue.
Fun fact: it is actually very easy to break jellyfish fields step one go to the parking map it should be the one with Mr. Krabs on the preview now you can go to the very top and once you are at the very top climb up on some rocks while jumping around and find your way to the actual top like rock climbing basically and it’s a maze pretty much once you are there you can just run around and Even jump off the mountains to get into a zone that you aren’t supposed to be in this just shows how broken this game is
does the sandy perma lasso glitch still work? i cant seem to get it to work after recently downloading the game im not sure if theres different version or wat

3:00 doesn’t work
It's very disappointing that they ruined this game THIS baddly. It's laughable how little effort was put into it and it shows. Now that I think of it, I don't know any remastered game that was better or equal to the original.
The game was rushed. Nickelodeon wanted the game to coincide with Sponge on the Run. So the devs didn't have enough time to polish the game.
The original game was pretty buggy as well.
But if you wanna blame anyone, blame nickelodeon, not the devs.

I Found A Method You Go To The Box Office Guy And Hit R1 And Circle It Could Take A Couple Tries But When The Hand Grabs You You'll Go Through The Theater But You Can Collect The Sock Right Before You Clip Through The Ground
