Tarbert on Loch Fyne is a gorgeous town in summer. My great grandmother came from Tarbert and a great uncle from Campbell Town.

Stunning! My wife and I did the Highlands at the end of July. Mid to late 20's every day, no rain apart from last leg of journey home.

Is your phone in a case? If not, is there any issues with water ingress?
