I use rubber tracks to push construction trash they are not turf savers tracks tho but they don't get to tore up pushing plywood ect or when I load the loader with block.
It's in Canberra, located on a roundabout, pretty big building. ..think it's called parliament house. Contract value can be negotiated. Happy too use explosives for timely demolition

Cant use rubber tracks doing demo work, you just rip up the tracks tracking on rubble. Not ideal!
