At first i wasn't interested but now i kinda am! I think it will be the frontrunner and will win. First they'll want to get DreamWorks back on track (it hasn't won for a while) and to make it a strong competitive rival in animation realm. Secondly they'll be too tempted to award multiple nominee chris sanders, kinda in the vein of gore verbinski, george miller and del toro
I'm kind of surprised it didn't place at TIFF. I heard many people gushing over it at the festival. It's on par with How to Train Your Dragon. And like HTTYD, think it may be nominated for Score. That year Toy Story 3 beat HTTYD, but I don't think Inside Out 2 is Toy Story 3 good. So I think The Wild Robot's chances look very good for the win. :)
@@RyanCasselman i really hope animation breaks out of its sole animated feature category, sth that alas didn't happen on last year's ceremony. +Wanted to point out sth that most may have missed: first inside out was directed by now Pixar's CEO, while sequel was by Kelsey mann n that's his directorial debut, whereas chris sanders is 3time nominee with no win yet, so i think it may be politics play here I enjoyed ur festival reviews a lot, ur vids have such cozy vibes, kudos🙂

You should watch the last puss in boots. That was a huge win.
