Seems like any road development projects in this neighbourhood have been completely abandoned. For as long as I've known this part of the neighbourhood to exist, not once have I ever come across new pavement.

For your information, Rohero 2 is between Boulevard UPRONA and Avenue de l'Universite. And Rohero 1 is between Boulevard de l'Uprona and Boulevard 28 Novembre (called something else nowadays)
Did I get Rohero-1 and 2 right in the video?

If all the roads were paved it would look more pretty. I can see even though we don’t have tall buildings in Burundi it looks so fine with those ones but once it gets paved or get tarmac it will look more beautiful 🤩. I never been there since 2007 but I love it
