Johnny definitely takes the win over Sonya, I understand your change of heart because she’s been the highest fusion gold on your account for awhile, but we have to face the facts the KC Johnny is simply better, power drain sp1, fire dot sp2, snare passive, and even more snare if you have weak point attacks, his basic attacks become godlike once you master the timing and know which combo enders to use, especially when in the corner he can be vulnerable after his high kick. Simply incredible character

Not the strongest but one of the strongest ,there are more gold teams such as triborg team ,Vengeful shinnok team,Tremor and Klassic Scorpion team

I agree with star's statement on the character that you used more is in your opinion stronger than other characters most of the time, and my opinion on the two is well, honestly i think both are equal in terms of power and usability but i would agree that Sonya is a better damage dealer since she can melt bosses and teams with her passive and special 1
I'm still vote for johnny. At both normal and fatal twisted tower he did an amazing job with one man army agains the bosses.

Jokes aside, I think that KC Johnny's passive is very OP in boss towers where you have to lock onto certain characters. Having said that however, for me for some reason I like to play a full triborg team with smoke and sub zero rather than KC team most of the time. Triborg team has carried me heavily through a lot of the towers and it is an amazing team with some flexibility. And even then I also agree Klassic Sonya is the most slept on gold character in this game in my opinion, her SP1 spam that can delete an entire team is underrated, like I recommend people to try using her on bosses, she is actually insane.

I completed twisted tower fatal 3 times only because of Kombat cup Johnny, his power drain on SP1 is incredibly useful which Sonya does not have, he is a one man army, Sonya is a good character but nowhere even close to Johnny
In my opinion, the best challenge card is lizard baraka followed by kc Johnny

Kombat Cup team is indeed one of the most OP teams I've played recently as they are cripple immune, stun immune, etc. They're best utilized against those who used those debuffs against them. Those passives alone sounded like diamond card material lol! As usual, Starinsky never fails to deliver us badass content.

People underrestimate Klassic Sonya, Covert Ops Cassie and Balanced Kenshi. Give each if them one piece if maxed unlockable gear and anything else and that team shreds
Klassic Sonia sp1 team damage is insane but kc Johnny if you know how to use him and get your opponent corner with his sp1 power drain and snare you can beat any fatal tower no tower gear. Definitely the best gold card. Many players use kc team with klassic Sonia

I uses to have hanzo as my strongest gold (f4) but now my highet fused is kc johnny and i really enjoy him I'm safer now and can dump sf scorpion since i won't get blasted with that much sp2
Soo in my opinion klassic sonya is very good i love her sp1 she deals damage to the entire enemy team and good basic attack and chaining but kc johnny is just way too good

As a fighter Klassic Sonya is better than KC Johny.
Passive KC Johny and Klassic Sonya are both good. One will be better than other in certain situations.
However Synergy of other Klassic characters with Sonya is not that awesome or there is better Klassic team. However KC Johny with KC Sonya is adeadly duo.
Statwise KC Johny is better than Klassic Sonya or atleast it feels so.
You can chain his attacks so can Sonya chain hers if you have decent unblockable equipment. However if opponent have special attack they'll use it on you at some point. KC Johny power drains opponent so preventing it.
In total I think KC Johny is better than Klassic Sonya, eventhough she'll give a decent fight
I always found KC Johnny to be overused in faction wars and that's why I just didn't want to use him. Instead I always opted to use Hanzo Hasasi Scorpion instead.

Well dude it’s upto how you use that character often n how good you play with them. If you alwys play with klassic mileena then you will call her the best. It’s your perspective that’s it. My all time favourite is mk11 scorpion because I have won difficult 2 impossible battles with this dude ❤️😍. He is the god of mk🥰

Hey, StarInSky and others! Off-top question. Please advise me guys on choice of these two Equipments from Faction Wars Shop (which will better fit to the current Tower): Devastator and Voodoo doll.
Yeah, Voodoo attracts with its Powe gen. and 15% SP saves, but Devastator is good with its chance to get boosted and 1 SP (50%) increase. Note that I mostly play MK11 Scorp and Jade with the 1 SPs. So which equipment is better to maximize? Thanks in advance!

Klassic scorpion is easily been killed. Dots is useless agains bosses and both sp1 and sp2 is dots. He cannot be use as a main fighter. KC johnny can solo agains bosses with power drain, snare and stun.

To be honest, I agree that Klassic Sonya is better than Kombat Cup Johnny. I have both of them at fusion 5, but Klassic Sonya is more useful for me. I beat the 29th battle of the final tower of the elder Kombat Cup Johnny challenge with fusion 5 Klassic Sonya, fusion 3 Kombat Cup Sonya, and fusion X Silver Sonya. All three opponents on that battle were diamonds (Kold War Sonya, Klassic Reptile, and Ravenous Mileena) with 70k+ health and the timer was set to only 1 minute! Without Klassic Sonya's ability to damage the entire enemy team on her special 1, that battle would have been impossible.

He's lame, and corny, special 1 is all he has. Sonya is ten times better. However, if Sonya had a power drain, he wouldn't stand a chance at all.
