Well done!! Thanks for the excellent post. Few notes for others. 1. My 2009 C14 specifies 4.6 qts oil. I know, insignificant to your 4.5 qt, but just saying. 2. Oil pan nut torque per spec is 22 ft lbs, if one has a torque wrench. The filter is 13 ft lbs. Off to do my oil change now. Thanks again AFriskyNinja. BTW, I have the same Two Brothers exhaust. Sweet sound.

One more thing I would like to point out to your readers. BE SURE when removing the oil filter, the old gasket comes out with it. If it remains stuck on the engine block and you install the new filter, you'll have a double placed gaskets. The result, being oil sprayed all over your bike and the area it's in, is not pretty.

Thanks for making the mechanics of all the parts super clear. Much appreciated! I love those claw wrenches.

Little trick i learned the hard way, loosen the filter alittle first before you drain the oil, if not it creates a suction or something and its very hard to loosen the filter.

I like to prefill the filter to avoid bubbles. Thank you! I’m thinking about getting one soon!

    I have a 2009. My manual says
5 quarts with the filter change.
    Don't hate me. Just saying.
    Good video.
