As for incorrect/out of date info, Teamlabs Borderless is in Azabudai Hills, not Odaiba, and speaking of Odaiba VenusFort has been closed. Given when this video was published some more research should have been done

If you are on a tight schedule, you could probably see all of the places on the list in 3-4 days. However, if you want to have time to explore each place in depth, you could easily spend a week or more in Tokyo. Enjoy your trip!
