I struggle with downward facing dog - maybe it’s my form but my ankles and wrist hurt. Any suggestions or stretches I could do. I love this video my knees hurt but maybe kneeling on something padded would help. Thank you
Hi! Thank you for all the videos and tips you gave us. Everything is Very helpful! I have a wondering: in downward facing dog I feel stretch in my calves. Like most people I guess :) But a friend of mine do not feel anything. And she is doing a dolphin pose to feel any stretch. Is this ok or she is doing something wrong?
Also is there any stretches that may help with fallen arches?
Just what I was looking for. After a hand injury took some time off yoga, I was surprised I couldn't do a down dog correctly! 💯
