    Great video Hiro! There aren't a lot of us doing these more specific yoga tutorials, so I am glad to see someone else on the journey with me. I will be teaching this in my classes this week!

    I need to release my psoas, when I did this hip flexor stretch with you I felt the stretch more in my front leg than in the back leg.
    Does that mean I am not doing the stretch correctly?
