I had the short rib sandwich (Baloney Rex) a couple months back from the Jersey City location, and my God was it delicious! One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Yes its expensive, and a friggin mess, but its 100% worth trying

I just looked at something about that place and they haven't been open quite a year yet or just a year. My understanding is they sell out of meat on a daily and only serve beef ribs on the weekend so it's open 7 days a week. Check it out, let your audience know.
