Hi there! Thank you for the comment and the follow! Apologies for any possible distortion or lack of clarity. Maybe we should add some caption to this video to help w/it's viewership. Thanks again!
Royce... thank you for this awesome video series. I 💜 Houston. It is one of my dream cities in the US. I’m currently living in ATL and have been here for 13 years. I’m feeling the need for a change. I’m in a wonderful house now in Sandy Springs - a suburb of ATL. I’d like to move into a luxury High-Rise over looking the city or maybe a really cool loft. I’m an entrepreneur so I work from home. Middle aged, yet still fly 😉. Love the arts and culture. Would like to be in an area with great walkability. Will you do a video on high rises and loft living? Thank you.
Hi Madison! Thank you for the love and support! I've been to the ATL only once about 2 years ago and I had a great time! Can't wait to go back to OLG's!!! About Houston's high-rise community video footage; stay tuned! 😉
Great question and the answer is yes. If you're seeking to lease a home 🏡 or simply want to know what you need to do to prepare to purchase a home then, by all means, please reach out. calendly.com/luxuryboss_zoomcall
Hi, Royce, Thank you for the great videos! I recently accepted a job in Houston, and now I am looking for an apartment in an area with parks, restaurants, and easy access to work, which is in the downtown area. There are many options, which makes it extremely confusing to know which area is best for me. Do you recommend moving to the Galleria area if working in the downtown area?
Hello Monica! Thank you for reaching out and congratulations on the new employment here in Houston! I hope and trust you'll enjoy it here! Uptown/Galleria is definitely a good option for housing as it relates to a downtown Houston commute, along with all of the other amenities you are seeking... Have you watched my Midtown video by any chance? There are quite a few great options I'd recommend that may be better for you than the Galleria area, i.e. Midtown, Greater Heights, Eado, University Area/3rd Ward to name a few... Let's chat about it via a zoom call. Go here to schedule a call for a convenient day and time for you. calendly.com/luxuryboss_zoomcall
Hello Sabina! You do not need to be a resident to get approved to lease an apartment here. You only need to apply, gain approval from the landlord. The same rules for acceptance apply here as does most other areas across the country... Please feel free to schedule a live zoom call to get all of your questions answered and to discuss next steps. Calendly.com/luxuryboss_zoomcall Thank you for the comment and follow.

I’m thinking about cypress tx or Houston tx. But I’m researching job etc
Should you contact a realtor if you aren’t going to be purchasing when you first move?

Do you need to be a "resident" of TX to get approved for an apartment? I live in IL and I'm looking moving to Houston, thanks!
