    You need to update your video. IRBA has approved for ACCA to sign off on audits, and this should start next year. So ACCA and CA (SA) are now at the same level. Plus if you need someone to explain the ACCA levels then invite more ACCA students and members to help you understand the qualification better.

    The problem in this country CA(SA) is promoted so much to the point that professions like ACCA look like nothing

    • @Zintle
      @Zintle  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Which is unfortunate, especially since both are equipped to do the same kind of jobs. ACCAs can be RA as well now.

    • @Zintle
      @Zintle  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Fiona, both will give you a variety of options. Currently CA(SA) is ranked as the number 1 chartered accountancy qualification in the world. CIMA is also excellent, it then boils down to how fast you want to qualify

    I am currently pursuing a SAICA accredited degree but I would like to work internationally. I want to do my CTAs overseas to achieve that but I’m not we’ll clued up in that

    • @Zintle
      @Zintle  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there, I think you might be able to do it through UNISA, they might have some test centres overseas. That option is worth exploring, another option would be to chat with SAICA and check which international honours programmes would be acceptable. Your best bet would be to just complete your CTA here and then write your board exams while overseas

    Interesting video. Knowing the SA market, I'm pretty sure there might be an effect with pursuing CIMA without any degree/ diploma backing. Do you think this is the case? What would your chances of Employability be verses someone who studied via the traditional route.
