Some feedback for you. My loss of smell and access to my other senses began decades ago. When I can smell every now and then it can be like heaven. Essential oils are too strong, not even a drop diluted. I do better from natural smells. In nature. Such as the trees, the roses in the garden. The fruit from the trees, and produce from herbs. When you live this day in and day out, then acceptance. My loss of smell became my journey through the disabled and that still makes my soul cry. That cry became my compassion and caring. Sometimes eucalyptus is too harsh and it can be toxic if the body accumulates 5oo much of it.
I had COVID in October last year and lost the smell and taste period but after a few months I got back the very slightly taste and smell but the problem is every smell I have like Gas propane food coffee and any strong smell it will be like burning oil so am so sick and tired of that till today I still did not get the smell and taste 😔 , today am going to try those oil essential from this video . Pray for me plz
I’m the same exact way I lost mine in November and now mostly all my food smells like gasoline or brunt plastic and I haven’t been eating because I makes me gag I’m miserable 😭 I

A week ago I realized i couldn’t smell or taste anything and i had a sore throat and a runny nose and headache the day before that so i was scared to death. My symptoms went away and i didn’t think much of it until i started researching. Update: I can smell and taste now
I experienced this I lost my smell after having a fever and I cannot smell for a week.what I did is getting herbal leaves put salt and omega pain reliever and boils it and add some lemons.when it boils I smell the aroma of it and I also Pray that My sense of smell will be back then I thank God that My smell is back.🙏🙏

Instead of buying expensive essential oils which may include artificial ingredients, you can do the same practice using fresh herbs pots from your kitchen/garden, or by smelling the veggies that you chop for cooking. Garlic, onion, parsnip, celery and onion are ideal, as they have very strong aromas.
I started off with parosmia I could smell cigarettes smoke and nobody smokes in the house then I have gotten the flu and now have anosmia and aguesia. It is so frustrated I lobe to smell nice I am a perfume collector and now can't smell any of them, it was my perfume that made me realise I couldn't smell so I tried my most potent ones and I couldn't smell any of them. Yes, but you need something in the jar to absorb the oil. So a cotton ball would work well in place of the watercolor paper. Or even a piece of paper towel would work well.
You can use a smaller jar with no issues, but if you use a larger jar, you will need to add more essential oils to your pad to get the proper amount of scent in the jar.

You can add more oils every two months or so. They last quite awhile.

You can use whatever scents you want. Lavender would be a fine choice.

Yes, but you need something in the jar to absorb the oil. So a cotton ball would work well in place of the watercolor paper. Or even a piece of paper towel would work well.

You can use a smaller jar with no issues, but if you use a larger jar, you will need to add more essential oils to your pad to get the proper amount of scent in the jar.
