I know you won’t believe this, but I don’t think you’ve ever looked more gorgeous. For the first time, I feel like I can see YOU and not the makeup. That being said, I totally respect that you have the right to do whatever makes you feel comfortable and beautiful - your face, your choice. EXACTLY WHY I WEAR MAKEUP!!! My skin is SO sensitive the slightest touch it gets red! Makeup just creates such an even beautiful skin tone & I do not see a problem with that!! Keep doing you!

I can relate to the "red face" you were talking about. I'm very pale and whenever I get nervous my cheeks turn bright red as if I have a sunburn. Back in grade school people would ask me if I was okay and even teachers sometimes pointed it out. It was so embarrassing and it's the entire reason I started wearing foundation.
Honestly, i just like everything about it. You look great with natural makeup.
After the concealer and you say "I feel like I'm not wearing anything", I choked... that's more concealer there than I wear all year LOL!

That's the reason i never wear foundation lol i'm afraid i will never like my natural bare face anymore (thats what happen to me when i first tried using brow profucts lol now i can never go out even in a normal day without doing my brows). I weaned myself off foundation because I hated my redness and acne scars (theyre really faded but you can still see them) but now on lazy days im okay with a bit of concealer! Same thing with winged eyeliner. I wore it eveeryday for two years and had to learn how to like myself with just mascara since sitting down and doing a full face no longer suits my lifestyle. Its a challenge! Lol

Sheena Palmares if you want natural foundation, try to find something that is sheer/light coverage and use a beauty blender because it will suck up a bit of product so you’ll be applying less. If you don’t want foundation, try just wearing a concealer that will have a slight highlight but is still fairly close to your skin tone (NARS creamy concealer has a really natural finish but it’s a bit expensive). For brows just go upper light handed (like barely touch your brows and just keep building) and use a spooley to help soften the brows. Hope this was helpful!!

I really felt better when you were talking about your red face because the amount of times I’ve been called stuff bc of my red face after pe or in class sometimes, and I do get self conscious about it so knowing I’m not the only one - like I am in my class and or group- made me feel a lot better so thankyou❤️

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭my FAVORITE part of this video is when you talk about the insecurities you have with the pigmentation of your skin HONESTLY HONESTLY I have the same exact insecurity. watching your channel however has helped me a lot with the way I hold myself with my Hyperpigmentation I’m learning to take my skin the way it is, to understand that no body is the same and become the glowing queen I know I am on the inside.

Nikki, I'm telling you the gods honest truth...you have never looked so young and beautiful! You are so naturally flawless that you really don't need that heavy heavy coverage. I too have very red skin and i realized that even with a light coverage foundation...i like the look better. Because after powder,concealer, bronzer, blush, and highlight...i can't see my flaws anymore. I hope you learn to love this makeup..

I know what all the other comments are saying, but I'm really proud. This is about my "halfway" makeup, when I'm putting in a decent amount of effort, but not quite full-on glam. You aren't even wearing foundation! I think, considering what you normally like to do, this was a great attempt at natural.
