Another unique job to test our Fence Genius offsite manufacturing software and system. (Pre-stained) On a run-by-run basis, the rails are all parallel with each other and the top tips are all the same height above the top rail. Additionally, during offsite pre-manufacturing, each rail is marked based on the software algorithm output to align each board edge both plumb and the most visually correct spacing. (Not one size fits all, but rather the best spacing to remove narrow ripped boards at the ends)
As with all Fence Genius panels produced and installed by MyFence.com, both ends of the panel are balanced, whereas common site-built methods start the fabrication layout on one end and rip to width on the other, hopefully plumb, but often not. Each board is also cut to length at an attractive angle to optimize smooth transitions above the ground and "Float through" the terrain hips and valleys, which in this job are minor but they are there. (The old sidewalk moves up and down some) Without doing this, the board ends would all be square cut on the bottom and the boards would have larger areas under them, potentially letting the dogs out if not for the patented Fence Genius software smoothing algorithms....
