    I like taking a few steps back for these. Gives a way better stretch and alleviates stress on the shoulders

    I love these compared to doing it with both arms. I feel the isolation and connection do much more.

    Which head of the triceps does this exercise focus more on?

      Sorry for late reply but it focuses more on your short head, whereas any motion that’s involving your arms\triceps to push upwards instead of downwards(like the one shown in the vid) focuses more on long head of tricep, im terrible at explaining but hope this helps

    What head of the triceps does this work ?

      All of them pretty evenly. If you extend them back farther, you can get a good contraction of the long head which puts a lot of mass on your triceps.
