Really glad to see that you approach everything with an open mind. Such things can happen in any religious establishment. Btw, hope it's an enjoyable stay in India. Have fun.
Oh of course, there are kind and unkind people everywhere, in every religion in every walk of life, sadly sometimes you just have to come across some of the jerks! lol. And thank you, I had the most wonderful time in India, such an incredible experience!
Hey there im a citizen of ajmer city its awful to know that you had bad experience visiting our city. I will definitely share this video with the dargah authorities here.
Good to know, I should! It was sad because all of the locals we met were so nice it was just these men around the mosque :/ Oh well, Ajmer is still a beautiful city in an awesome country!
@@GowithKelly indeed, ajmer is known as the city of unconditional love and you received the opposite of it. It is very sad to know, just because of some fools your whole experience got ruined.💔 just forgive us for not being a good host to wonderful guests.
Hey there, i really enjoyed your vlog and i'm sure more are incoming. There are few destinations, you shouldn't miss. South Goa, Bangalore, Mysore, Ooty, Coorg, etc. Have a safe stay, and enjoy this beautifully diverse nation! Love to you and your team :)
its different not because muslim popualtion . its with every city , they are starkingly different in culture , customs etc in everything and even ethnicities of people are different . like there are 800 ethnicities mixed in india and rajasthan is in west . they are also a bit similar to adjoining pakistan in that area . Sindh and southern punjab of pakistan .
Visit Shimla (Former Summer Capital of British in India) via Toy train from Kalka (A UNESCO World Heritage site through 102 tunnels and 864 bridges) , Manali the Himalayan heaven and beat the heat in this sunny summer. Best wishes for your India Trip :))
Yepp... Many of my Hindu brothers visited there and faced the same thing... They loved the dargah but not the scammers... Government there need to do something about it...
I'm so sorry you had to face that.:(.I would've given him a punch instead of the money. That is how things are done in India.I'm hindu and I've been to Ajmer Sharif 5 times. If the people demanding the money would've respected the values that Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti of Ajmer taught then they would've not asked for anything. You should've stood up for yourself instead of bowing back but there were a few women in the group so I think that leaving maybe was the right choice.Do you have a picture of that guy?I'll go talk to him......
Hahaha, that would have been one way to deal with it lol! He did kind of deserve it ;) But as it was a holy place I thought it best to be peaceful ;). And ha thanks for the offer, my only description would be tall and likes to yell at tourists haha. And yes it was unfortunate, but despite the few rude men it was still really amazing to be able to see inside the holy city and the tomb, it was sooo beautiful!
Go with Kelly hey kelly india has many many temples why u hadn't gone there instead you choosen muslism mosque look kelly if u see all around the wlrld what epedimics is brought by islam you will hate them these peoples are the real culprits who destroyed us the real culprits are not britishers real culprits are islam relegion who demolished many temples but still hindu restored it some how you should had visited west in mumbai area its very good or eve south india it is more clean develop ed than north and also north eastern assam Meghalaya mizoram u will find it very good there BY THE WAY KELLY U R EDUCATED ABD UR GOING TO WORSHIP TO UNEDUCATED PEOPLES COMMON KELLY ITS PATHETIC THIS PEOPLE ONLY WHAT I CAN SAY BUT LOVE FROM MY SIDE AKASH
Sorry dont mean to offend anyone.. But yes ajmer dargah experience has been terrible always.. There r people who want to loot you in everyway they can.. Its sad..
Just stumbled over your video. My Indian friend and me went to visit Ajmer in December 2015. We reached at night and the atmosphere there was so odd. I had already stayed in India for more than a year and this was unlike any other place. Men and boys were catcalling us every few meters, hotels wanted to rip me off money for the stupid C-form. Shady and super unwelcoming place. We then headed to Jodhpur or Udaipur or Pushkar from there, I don’t remember the order anymore. Udaipur is THE place to check out anyway. 👌🏽
you guys are awesome an natural hope India treat you well an what I love more about this vlog is your background music you never know that was Rambir Kapoor frist Bollywood movie an it bring me back lots of my memories love prayers from northeast India peace an do visit north east India you'll feel different kind of world

How do you add music and put it in the comments like that. I love Indian Music and would love to add to my videos. This song is soooo good. :) Ps. Love your vlogs.
mayur gupta totally understand there are so many things in my own country I still want to visit as well. It's more difficult to make time for tourist things when we are at home for some reason!
U can see it in her face..."I don't know it why feels different,it feels like a different country","A religious man blessed us and then asked for money"...Many people both local and foreigners have had the same experience..The fault lies not in u but elsewhere 😆😆
Hi nic video good editing ...me also belonging witha same family' i am happy to meet you and shar both of you over knowledge and experience if y vist in mumbai i am happy to meet y
Ajmer....OMG! Very scary and weird city for sure...my experience was just the same....will never recommend to anyone.......crowded and disorganized ...very ironically money rules at the Dargah....literally money snatchers......they wanted my US Dollars.....not sure who are these guys demanding money and what are they doing with money............am praying this money is not being used for terrorist related activities
I know, it seems that everyone has been having the same experience here! So sad :( We definitely should have done more research before visiting. I don't think it's really funding terrorist things, I think that it's probably just feeding their families but they are not going about it the right way at all. :/
Are you mad ..... it's a holy place ....plz it hurts my indian muslim brothers ......plz read abt Khwaja Moinuddin chisti in wiki.....i can't talk to you.....you are an asshole .....yes there are jerks all over India....but that does not prove the point which you made..... to me they are indians first .....and believe me most of indians will beat you up for such comments....from next time you are unwelcome to my country.....from a hindu indian
I am an Indian and I had a similar disgusting experience at Ajmer. The place is run by a gang of thugs. When we did not want to spend much money for the offering the so called "priest" started abusing us! Such people give all Muslims a bad name and other muslims should make sure these people behave properly.
Ya, really not a place I'd recommend to visit to anyone now :/. And sadly I don't think it is a Muslim or non Muslim issue. There are bad and good people in every religion sadly. But at least I think that most in the world are good people :)
Yes I've heard Goa is just beautiful! It is on my list when I return to visit the south! I haven't heard of Kerela or Assam before though so thanks for the advice I'll make sure to look into them! :)
Kerala in the south is probably the most popular tourist destination in India.. Not just for tourists though.. Its more laid back ,slow paced and idealistic with some of the most stunning scenery and backwaters... Would be definitely worth your time next time you visit..
Go with Kelly assam is north eastern part of india believe u find many beautiful places more calm than this islamic places atleast its very pure place north eastern part of india
Of all vlogs before this Bollywood songs were fitting pretty good in vlogs, but this song seemed out of place in this video as it is sort of a romantic song. Vlog was super nice, and quite upsetting for what you had experienced in the mosque.
kuch Loko me kitna Zaher he Muslim ke kilaf Bhai hem seb itne bhi bure nahi he.kuch logo se bure experience se dusro ko badnam maat karo please ,ache bure seb kome ke ander hote he.so please don't hate. and Kelly visit Gujrat sometime it has beautiful place's to create your good memories.
I agree with you Bhai, but Ajmer really has a bad reputation. Main Hindu hun aur apne parents ke saath Ajmer Sharif gaya tha. Same experience. They pushed us around aur chilla kar bole ki auraton ko ghar mein rakha karo. Although, I've also been to Jama Masjid and that one is far better.
Asif D Agar kuch government karegi toh waha pr i think religious conflict kr dende, I mean to say that by religious conflict government can't do anything and this thing be recovered by Muslims people,,, plz brings some tolerance about your religion,,, why you guys fear by the name of religion i don't know...
Ya we were sad about it. And I know it has nothing to do with the religion it was just this handful of men who happened to be at this location who were clearly not very welcoming people :/. But I'm still glad we went!
Hey Kelly, this is a scam for money at Ajmer Dargah! I'm from Delhi and have visited few times and have been subject to the same treatment. The beggars there are a menace too LOL! Well having said that, it's a renowned and respected Muslim shrine. And just watched your videos today, enjoying still...thanks!
Ha really? I just googled her...I don't know if I see the resemblance. BUT she's super pretty so I definitely take that as a compliment!! :) Thanks for watching!
you are a wahabbi thats why and arab was not like that until saud didnt masacred true muslim and make people wahabbi. No muslim go shrine to worship, but for waseela
I know, that's something I thought about while I was there too. If I ever went back I would wear completely traditional clothing to that region and try to blend in more.

ur wasting money in north India ..north east and south india gud and natural palce
Christianity is best
most Muslims in India don't care about their religion but more about their personal gains. eg making money etc
Hindus are selfless people
