The project is very slow. Execution team is not doing good work. Needs proper management.

Extremely poor design, sabarmati river front is a failed project on many scales and I can see this being a big failure as well

Why? We need all sort of aesthetic projects don't give 2 reasons
1) hydropower
2) burden on poor and lower income groups , these are the most logicless reasons
