Hello Jennifer~ I just tried to make bone broth yesterday. And i cooked it with pressure cooker. I cooked it for 2hours ! And the result come out good and Jelly!
I had heard the nutrients get lost in the pressure cooker. That it needs to be cooked in a slow cooker so that you get the good stuff out of it. I wonder if this is the case 😐🤷🏻♀️

Oh I could listen to you 24/7! 🌟My husband is a chef and he always makes everything from scratch, he makes lots of broth too. I’ve become a bit insecure when it comes to cooking, having a brilliant chef in the house… but I want to make my own broth so I will do that. Please never stop making videos! Thank you very much, love your spirit. Your videos are so captivating as it warms my soul as well as learning something. I do use tallow on my skin and its one of the best things for skin. The tallow that comes from the fat around the organs is what's commonly used for skin. At the moment I have bison tallow which I purchased from America. Peace and blessings from UK ❤🙏

Hi Jen! I think you could start teaching how to meditate/yoga on your channel, that'd be so interesting and useful for many of us. I just started meditating, but I wish someone guided me - and I love your minimal approach. Also, what do you think about the fact that the mind could actually create reality? Do you find this true for yourself? As always, thank you for sharing your wisdom with us 💜
Hey Jennifer! These videos are great. I absolutely love the benefits of bone broth (I have dealt with many gut issues over the years and bone broth was a saving grace for me). The issue I was dealing with was I couldn't get over the "meh" taste. This led me down the path to create my own bone broth seasoning so I could still get the amazing benefits of drinking it daily without the undesirable flavor. I would love to send you a free sample of our bone broth seasoning to try and see what you think!
Wow you really guys drink it? You dont put it on rice or bread or mix with other meat or veggies? And also, how much is enough for one day like 1 glass?

Hi Jennifer, sorry to ask this again or if you've answered it before! Thank you for all your videos! I've learned so much from them and have been using tretinoin for about 2 years now with no issues thanks to you. Regarding bone broth, I read on another recipe that it's imperative to remove the meat and fat from the bones, and skim the fat after the first 2-3 hours of boiling or else the fat continues to boil and becomes rancid. Genuinely wondering about your thoughts and whether or not you've read this and think this might be valid, since I've also seen a lot of recipes that don't remove the meat/fat and just continue to cook for 8-24 hours. Thank you so much!!

Hi Jen ! I have a question. I was watching your salad video and was wondering if you eat 3 meals a day or do you fallow a fasting regimen? So cool ! Love your channel
There’s no grease in bone broth.. are you meaning the tallow? That can be melted back down into liquid and consumed in moderation. It’s similar to butter; it’s a healthy fat. Jennifer talks about it and how she uses it near the end of her video.
Hi Jennifer. I like the your informative vidoe .and I did bone broth .but only my problem is that it gives me acidity. If you know veggy broth .thank you
If there is a good that doesn’t agree with your body, then it’s probably best to avoid consuming those. There are so many beneficial foods; eat the foods that you enjoy and your body can enjoy. 🙏
Hi Jennifer, I hope you are well. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but do you eat any fruits? From my understanding your meals consist of animal proteins/fat and vegetables. Correct? And another question - Do you ever eat something just for the pleasure? Like a pizza? Do you get cravings? I really enjoy your videos and your content. You are such an intelligent person! Please keep on sharing. 🌹
The foods I prepare for myself and eat are pleasurable. I wouldn’t eat anything I didn’t enjoy, because I love food and I love eating a lot of it. To answer your question about cravings, I’ll be very honest in saying that, no, I don’t crave non nutritive food very often (if ever) because when you feed your body nutrient dense foods, your body and brain gets the necessary nourishment which, in my experience, kills cravings for so-called junk food. I don’t have a want to eat anything like that because if I did, then I wouldn’t have the space in my stomach to eat all the things I love and my body benefits from. So that’s another reason. But the primary reason is that after years of eating a certain way like I have been, I simply don’t want anything else. I feel less than optimal whenever I do eat things like ice cream or something else w/sugar or whatever…so why would I want to subject myself to that; that’s how I feel. I personally want to look and feel my best. My diet benefits my whole body and my brain, most importantly. But everything I eat is delicious, and that’s what I recommend! Make the foods taste good and they will serve you completely.🙏
Your mentioning of your body not being your own was interesting. Aside from respect for the gift of life, I try to live and eat well to show respect for everything I have eaten. Everything I have imbued in to my being to make my body. I could not have done it without them and try to live as a good human so the life I have consumed would not be ashamed to be part of my journey.
When I had psoriasis, it was awful. It was all scaled, flaky and bleeding; it was painful and took a huge toll on my mental health. Amendment to my diet made the biggest difference to my hair, skin- everything. I started eating a lot of dietary fats from foods like sardines, wild salmon, avocado (I eat one a day, every)…olive oil, egg yolks, organ meat and beef. Once I changed my diet, my psoriasis went into remission after about 9 months of my new diet, and I’ve not had a recurrence since. It’s been close to six years now that I’ve been eating this way.
@@JenniferMyers Thanks for replying, you are so nice :) Do you eat any fruit? I heard something about blueberries helping psoriasis but idk if thats true.
