Thank you that was just beautiful. I am 44 and trying for 6 months now to get pregnant after a miscarriage about 1 year ago. I have done a lot of yoga but this was seriously unique. Amazing sequence and so calming. I hope with a lot of self care, yoga and light and love I will be pregnant soon.Namaste
Dear Lilly, I pray that you get pregnant soon. Keep on affirming and visualizing without getting too attached or obsessed with it and take care of your body, mind and soul in every possible way you can. Yoga is definitely an amazing aid in that process in conjunction with your healthy mindset and diet. I would suggest you take a very effective fertility supplement. It is called Fertility Smart and contains all the nutrients necessary for conceiving and a good hormonal balance for women. And keep up the practice. We have a couple of very exciting fertility boosting routines and practices. Check out: Vibrant Womb, Fertility Bliss, Glow-Ying, among others, And also out fertility meditation: "Metaphysical Gardening". Sending you all my love and positive vibrance on your fertility journey! OM.
OMG you are an angel.. this yoga sequences are very easy to follow and yes make me more positive thru this pregnancy waiting period. 2 years still doesnt get conceived yet but I have more energy and positive spirit through this. Thank You and blessed you 💚💜💛🙏
Dear Maria, Thank you for your positive and encouraging comment. So glad that you have benefited from this video. You will get pregnant, just open up to the Universal flow and be 100% sure of that. Relax and celebrate your femininity and receptivity. You can also try our Qi-Gong and Yoga fertility boosting sequence "Vibrant Womb" and another fertility enhancing sequence " Ova Boost". Good luck and be sure it will happen very soon. Om Shakti!
Loved this video. I am amazed at how well works for the body parts that are important here. One simple comment I would have though to slow down a little through the poses and maybe take a few more breaths in between. Don't rush. Its an awesome routine, worth enjoying it more
Dear Sonia, Thank you for this invaluable feedback. Aboslutely, I am well aware that the speed is a little high paced at times and does not give enough breaths in each pose. I will make sure that the new videos I shoot are at a doable and enjoyable speed. I am so glad you felt the integral aspect of this routine, as I thought about it while designing it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, . Namaste!
Hi Antonia, thanks for beautiful yoga sequences. I suggest that you make a yoga sequence that helps embryo implantation. I benefit from your videos in my spiritual and physical life and instead i can only send you positive energy. Good luck!
Dear Sahar, I just made a note to make that for you, A always gave my friends who were trying to get pregnant these couple of poses to aid their implantation, but I never thought of putting them into a video. This is such a great idea, thank you for this insight! Will do it as soon as I can. But if the video is too late and you do get pregnant, keep in mind that the best poses for implantation are: Badha Konasana (goddess pose, butterfly variation), Upavista Konasana (Cone pose) and reclining ankle to knee. Also all the modified hip openers make a perfect fit. Good luck in getting pregnant and I will keep you posted when the video gets released!
I am an intermediate practitioner and still I found this sequence extremely difficult to follow. It was way too fast and complex for me. May I suggest some more cues in future sequences and also some closeups to really understand the movements. Anyways hank you for posting this. I really like your style and tone of voice.
Thanks so much for sharing your impression, dear Niki. I have made a note to create and shoot a much more accessible and user-friendly sequence with a similar target. In the meantime you can try our fertility enchanting sequences "Fertility bliss", "Vibrant womb" and "Glow-ying" which do the same. Hopefully you would be able to enjoy them more, while reaping all of yoga's fertility boosting benefits! Namaste!
Interesting sequence, thank you. However I would have hoped to stay in the poses for longer - most times just when I had figured out what I was supposed to do and was ready to start really getting into the pose, it was already time to do something else... Also I feel the poses would have been more helpful if I could stay in them for longer, say at least 5 breaths. At many points also it wasn't clear when I was supposed to breathe in and when out, which for me is one of the main things in yoga. However afterwards I do feel good, maybe it's just a matter of repeating it until I become more familiar with the sequence. And last but not least - is it ok to do this while on fertility treatment? Thank you.
Dear Sonia, Thanks for elaborating on your experience with this particular video. I hear you. It feels a little complicated because the style in creative, the transitions are unfamiliar but more organic, and the entire design is unconventional. If you are looking for a simpler practice to boost fertility try Yogea's Qi-Gong based routine "Vibrant womb", and the yoga routine "Fertility Bliss". But yes, if you practice this one a couple of times, you will quickly notice the benefits especially in the vibratory coherence of the first and second chakras. I will comply with your request and make sure to design a much more doable and user-friendly fertility routine shortly. Good luck in boosting your fertility. Om Shakti!
Thank you for this unique routine to boost fertility. I also love the qi gong and yoga routine, Vibrant Womb. How often would you recommend doing these routines to enhance fertility?
Thank you for your encouraging words. You can do Vibrant Womb and this routine and couple it with our Fertility bliss and our most recent fertility enhancing routine Ova Boost. I suggest you do the three routines every week, even better alternate them to get a five day practice for best results. More fertility enhancing routines coming soon. Stay tuned.
This one is super refreshing and some thing new to follow as I'm suffering from endometriosis and ovaraian cyst still this routine.makes me feel better. Is it completely okay to follow this with my condition
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your invaluable feedback. It is great to know that you could follow it organically. Please practice our other fertility sequence in conjunction to this one. Fertility Bliss, Vibrant Womb and Glow-ying. All my love and Om Shakti!
Dear Eleni, Thanks so much for this remark. I will absolutely take it into consideration and revisit this routine - making it less complicated and easier to follow through. some of the asanas are new and untried, as well as the binds and transitions and this makes it too hard to follow. I completely understand, and will make sure to re-do it. But if you are looking for another fertility enchanting routine you can try an easier blend of Yoga and Qi-Gong that we have and is very effective, called "Vibrant Womb", as well another feminine health routine "Fertility Bliss" . Good luck in your fertility journey. Namaste!
Sure. You can alternate our fertility enhancing routines Ova Boost, Vibrant Womb; Fertility Bliss & Glow-ying and right after you ovulate switch to % tips for implantation to promote circulation in your uterus and aid conception. In between you can also weave Yogea fertility meditation. May this get you ready for motherhood. Namaste!
Absolutely you can do two or even three days in a row, dear Farooq. You can also couple it with other fertility enhancing routines on the Yogea channel, like "Fertility bliss", "Vibrant Womb" and "Glow-ying". Good luck!
After ovulation stop this routine and do only the Yoga 5 tips for implantation and after 2 weeks you can start with our prenatal package that you can download from out website yoga.org. This routine is perinatal and should be practices prior to ovulation. If your cycle comes, you can still go back to it, and then after ovulation practice the implantation tips. Praying for you to conceive very soon. Goo luck!
If the pace was too fast, you can pick some poses and do them at your own tempo so it doesn't feel rushed. But, please do this routine as it is perfect to boost your fertility!
Thanks for this comment, J.L.L., I will make a note that this was too hard to follow when I post the new videos. Comments like this are really helpful to improve and grow. If you are looking for other fertility boosting routines, you can try "Vibrant Womb", "Glow-Ying", and "Fertility Bliss." You might find them easier to follow and still reap the healing benefits. Dear Airah, Thank you for this great question. This will boost your overall fertility and stimulate the reproductive gland, but if you do get early signs of pregnancy you should stop doing this routine and go Yogea prenatal routines "Gift of life". This routine, together with our other fertility enhancing routines "Vibrant Womb," "Fertility bliss" and "Glowing" will enhance overall vitality to aid in the process of getting pregnant. So please, consider the prenatal routines once you know you have conceived. Good luck!
Dear Michele, Thanks for commenting. I made a note that you had a hard time following this flow, and will do another one - better instructed and explained. But if you are looking for other fertility boosting routines, you can check out our Yogea flows: "Vibrant womb" and "Fertility bliss". Perhaps you will find them more user friendly.
