G.I. Joe Comic Issue #23 *Almost* Animated! (w/sfx, music & dialogue!)

I've always felt that the G.I. Joe comic (A Real American Hero) storyline told the absolute best stories of the franchise. Since the movies can't get it right, I've decided to redo the comics with dialogue, sfx and music.
Issue #23 picks up where #22 left off, with the Joes trailing Major Bludd and the Baroness to Europe. Cobra Commander shows up and all chaos breaks loose!
