I have a 2000 XJ, I swapped in a refreshed 4.0 2 years ago, everything in the engine bay was replaced, but now my motor has a ticking lifter in which I did not replace and I'm just over it at this point, it's pointless for me to spend another $1,000 in this 4.0 for a reman head and lifters etc.. and on top of that I have slight rod knock or something during cold start, I'm just done lol! But after watching all your videos I'm going to move forward with this swap! With all the money I spent on my refresh, I should easily be able to recover $2,000 back no problem, viper coil mod, banks headers, harland sharp roller rockers, rebuilt 4.0 engine harness, etc.. Can't wait!

You dont want there help I been subscribed for like 3yrs now amd still waiting for the 1st jeep to get done. That's why I joined there channel because I wanted to turbo my xj but I think I would have been done yrs ago with out any help of there vids. Good luck. An LS should be able to be done easy in a wj since I think an ls is about or if not smaller then a 4.7 that comes in wjs. But dont waist time with a 4.7 they are one of jeeps worst Motors. Well Chrysler's motors. A 4.7 in anything never last long or stay together.
Good content but please do something about the camera being steady it as if I’m lookin through the eyes of a skitzo with eyes that dart all over! Kinda like the “story line” u jump ahead at the most awkward times and then have to jabber for 2 minutes trying to explain whAt you did! And you keep sting everything fits and works great but it sure seems to me like you have had a pile of issues and had to just by special parts as opposed to figuring out a better way to fix the problem! Not all of us can just buy another alt(ps they are super easy and cheap to rebuild), wiring harness etc…
Thanks for the filming cristissicm i thought the same thing when watching Im not building this for everone im building this for me, im just showing how I built it, that is true there are many different avenues on how to build an ls or fit it in a jeep, this is just the way i did it.

How are you liking the rustys reservoir shocks ? You have a chance to use 5hem yet
Yes they have been wheeled on a few times i would say im not the happiest to be honest a little stiff
