1)meals are including in hotel's cost so you don't need to pay extra. 2)Yes, you need to show them your reservation number. 3)If you got "Negative" result, you can go front desk directly and check out.

I made reservation over the phone at that time so I’m not familiar with online reservations. You can make an online reservation from government website. Select the airport which you’ll arrive then you can see GAA designated page. And you can make the hotel reservation.
