- Rep. Lloyd Doggett of Texas has become the first Democratic lawmaker to call for President Biden to withdraw from the 2024 presidential race against former President Donald Trump. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane is following the reactions to Mr. Biden's debate performance.
