MrAerohank if my young child is complaining of a abdominal pain, I would feel the abdomen and take a look at it as well. But I used to be a nurse, so that's the way I do things. Plus, I always helped my children get ready for bed at that age.

Some ovens have the knobs by the oven door which a child could easily move,I think the kids were able to turn it on just by randomly moving the knobs (since they wouldn't know what knobs do what) but once the baby was inside and it started heating up they didn't know how to turn it back off. Plus it would've been hot so they probably got burned trying to get her out which is why they struggled.
Possible but also they were 3, object permanence and 'if I did it once I can do it again' aren't fully there for them. They likely heard her struggle and panicked, another thing three year olds do

The case of Marcelo Pesseghini maybe wasn't a murder and suicide, but a witness elimination, Both parents were police officers, , And every investigation led to understand that the boy was not guilty, even the direction of the shots indicate that the shot was not fired by a child. They tried to blame the games he played and in a troubled relationship. But the neighbors even claimed that he was a good kid and had a good relationship with his parents. The police did everything to covince that the boy was guilty, even if it meant that he was not. Possibly it was a witness elimination. Perhaps they knew too much about a corruption scheme. As a fellow Autistic/Aspie, keep in mind that not all of us are violent. I've definitely been bullied and not treated well too, and fought back sometimes, but I don't think I'd have it in me to kill someone. I think a lot of the reason we suffer is because of how society treats us. Often times the stress causes us meltdowns in which we can hurt ourselves or each other.

Whilst I do apologize for the stigma surrounding mental illness, I was brought up around disabled and mentally ill extended family members and my parents were immensely protective of me and my sister. Whilst I acknowledge all mentally ill people are not evil. Via personal experience I hold a negative view of mental illness. So I guess I apologise, I know it doesn't mean anything from a woman on the internet. Just know that some us holding the opinions have reasons.

Zoloft is the only one I can take been on 100mgs for several years now, highest I ever went was 200 and I don't recommend that to anyone, Prozac made me a zombie who slept all day, cipramil made me suicidal same with Seroxat and amitriptyline gave me heavy nosebleeds several times per day. Although worst thing I was ever put on were antipsychotic meds Seroquel is the worst stuff on the face of the planet it was like I'd had a lobotomy. I take Meds for for PTSD and I've been on and off them since I was 13. I do feel though that certain drugs should be avoided with teenagers due to the side effects.

Unless he had other instances of aggressive/violent behavior it's likely that the violent outburst was a standalone issue where he didn't know that outside of the immediate instance of hurting his little brother, could or would result in death( thus not a 'nut job' just an asshole).

About the number 3, well, Brazil being Brazil, there are some serious doubts that the kid really killed his family and then commited suicide. It happens that his mother had reported some corrupt police men including some very influential ones, so a lot of people believe that they killed the entire family and made it appear that it was the son who made it all.

Damn, I feel for the kid that killed his grandparents. It sounds like his increased dose triggered some kind of Psychosis, it happened with me. I would lash out at people and sometimes throw punches. I'm a pacifist, I don't like violence, but I'd go in and out of this dream state where nothing felt real. Like it was all a dream. In that state, if I was on a ledge I would probably jump thinking I could fly. In the right mood with access to a shotgun. Who knows what could have happened?

I'm 20 years old and they've only started me out on a childs dosage of 25 mg. Shes incredibly responsible, straight A student, sports, etc...but I just feel like thats taking away her childhood to have her watch her brother and sister. So quite literally babies could be left alone without the parents being in trouble!

The Robinson murders (#2) happened not very far from where I live. It happened ten years ago but I can remember all the coverage like it was yesterday. I remember to be on the lookout for them. The same year, the Spiritwood Murders occurred also not too far away from me. A lot of bad things happened that year in what is mostly a quiet farming area of Canada. Tragic.

I grew up with an abusive stepmom since I was 8 years old after my mom passed away. Endless chores, name calling, being hit with a hanger often, feeling like a slave at my own home. I would be lying if I said I never have any urge to take a knife and stab her during those dark days. But I chose a greater path... I studied, went to college... and have my own happy life now. So now I can say, "in your face, Mom!"
I actually knew number 6 pretty well. He went to my secondary school, he was in my year. On his first day I was tasked with showing him around the school because we were in the same registration group, he hung out with me and my friends. I was kinda shocked when I found out that he killed his mother but maybe not as shocked as I should of been. He most certainly had some illness, we could all see it, but he was encouraged by his peers and he became increasingly unstable. We knew the specialists had messed up when he was considered healthy but we never imagined he could do something so heinous. It feels weird to actually know someone on one of these lists.
So a boy who was systemically abused by his mother and stepfather was charged to 22 years in prison. Even after showing remorse for his crimes and stating he knew it was wrong. Yet a boy the same age who came from a loving home with loving parents killed both his parents and 3 kids for no other reason than "My mother annoyed me" and showed no remorse . Saying he also that he wanted to start a mass shooting will get released on his 21st just in time to enjoy the start of his adult life? Hmm, seems legit. I know who I would feel safer with being placed back into society.

I just cannot imagine children under 5, and younger just randomly playing with an oven, and if the kids were supposedly cognitively aware of how they got the sibling in their in the first place, and they then "tried" to open the oven...I don't know. Just seems odd to me that they could have told a story like this, has anyone ever thought that the so-called parents did this as punishment and just blamed it on the kids? I mean, it's it not like they were parents of the year...
Some ovens have the knobs by the oven door which a child could easily move,I think the kids were able to turn it on just by randomly moving the knobs (since they wouldn't know what knobs do what) but once the baby was inside and it started heating up they didn't know how to turn it back off. Plus it would've been hot so they probably got burned trying to get her out which is why they struggled.
Point is, none of this would've happened if they weren't left alone in the first place.
Possible but also they were 3, object permanence and 'if I did it once I can do it again' aren't fully there for them. They likely heard her struggle and panicked, another thing three year olds do

The case of Marcelo Pesseghini maybe wasn't a murder and suicide, but a witness elimination, Both parents were police officers, , And every investigation led to understand that the boy was not guilty, even the direction of the shots indicate that the shot was not fired by a child. They tried to blame the games he played and in a troubled relationship. But the neighbors even claimed that he was a good kid and had a good relationship with his parents.
The police did everything to covince that the boy was guilty, even if it meant that he was not. Possibly it was a witness elimination.

Zoloft is the only one I can take been on 100mgs for several years now, highest I ever went was 200 and I don't recommend that to anyone, Prozac made me a zombie who slept all day, cipramil made me suicidal same with Seroxat and amitriptyline gave me heavy nosebleeds several times per day.
Although worst thing I was ever put on were antipsychotic meds Seroquel is the worst stuff on the face of the planet it was like I'd had a lobotomy.
I take Meds for for PTSD and I've been on and off them since I was 13. I do feel though that certain drugs should be avoided with teenagers due to the side effects.

About the number 3, well, Brazil being Brazil, there are some serious doubts that the kid really killed his family and then commited suicide. It happens that his mother had reported some corrupt police men including some very influential ones, so a lot of people believe that they killed the entire family and made it appear that it was the son who made it all.

Damn, I feel for the kid that killed his grandparents. It sounds like his increased dose triggered some kind of Psychosis, it happened with me. I would lash out at people and sometimes throw punches. I'm a pacifist, I don't like violence, but I'd go in and out of this dream state where nothing felt real. Like it was all a dream. In that state, if I was on a ledge I would probably jump thinking I could fly. In the right mood with access to a shotgun. Who knows what could have happened?

I'm 20 years old and they've only started me out on a childs dosage of 25 mg. Is it just me or were most of the murder victims abusive parental figures? Remember to treat your kids like fellow humans, folks!
I grew up with an abusive stepmom since I was 8 years old after my mom passed away. Endless chores, name calling, being hit with a hanger often, feeling like a slave at my own home. I would be lying if I said I never have any urge to take a knife and stab her during those dark days.
But I chose a greater path...
I studied, went to college... and have my own happy life now.
So now I can say, "in your face, Mom!"

I actually knew number 6 pretty well. He went to my secondary school, he was in my year. On his first day I was tasked with showing him around the school because we were in the same registration group, he hung out with me and my friends. I was kinda shocked when I found out that he killed his mother but maybe not as shocked as I should of been. He most certainly had some illness, we could all see it, but he was encouraged by his peers and he became increasingly unstable. We knew the specialists had messed up when he was considered healthy but we never imagined he could do something so heinous. It feels weird to actually know someone on one of these lists.
So a boy who was systemically abused by his mother and stepfather was charged to 22 years in prison. Even after showing remorse for his crimes and stating he knew it was wrong.
Yet a boy the same age who came from a loving home with loving parents killed both his parents and 3 kids for no other reason than "My mother annoyed me" and showed no remorse . Saying he also that he wanted to start a mass shooting will get released on his 21st just in time to enjoy the start of his adult life?
Hmm, seems legit. I know who I would feel safer with being placed back into society.
