I agree not worth the £270k price, better off getting a three bed house with a garden for that. Imagine paying that, and having to shimmy past the double bed to get to the chest of drawers on the other side. These agencies just talk nonsense, it's all psychological like a form of hynpotism to try and sell you a dream so you overlook the practicalities.
