      Tibetans typically allow all ages into teachings without excluding small children. Meditation helps you to not be disturbed by outer distractions. It takes many hearings to start to develop a taste for and understanding of dharma teachings. The earlier the better.

    I would try to steal your watch. I saw myself many times true my inner eye. a few times very sharp. I don t think that a re birth as a god or demi god is always less superior then a human one. Depends on once own interpertation. Experiencing.

    • @chrismcgahee893
      @chrismcgahee893 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It depends on how you classify superior. god realm could be full of bliss, no suffering, and happiness. I blessing to be sure. Thought to be obtained thru supreme virtue and the fruition of many lifetimes of good karma. Seemingly perfect except for one small issue. Its isnt eternal. it may be eons but eventually it will end. This fear of it ending would create suffering in and of itself but also due to everything being so seemingly perfect one wouldn't seek truth or dharma nor supreme enlightnment. It would seem that some measure of suffering is needed in order to see it clearly and seek an end to it. To overcome suffering you have to be fully imersed within it to some measure. its said that its superior, to my understanding, because its only in the human realm one has the chance to reach enlightenment. Its a matter of perspective or overall goal i suppose though. who wouldnt want to live for eons in ultimate bliss and happiness, virtually free from suffering. This is my understanding of the teaching anyway, which is still in its infancy to be honest.

    • @r-ms2149
      @r-ms2149 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I believe one needs to find where one is here for this lifetime. WHat do you want to do in life.. Suffering is there when one holds on to thought?
