    Shambhala Studio presents
Return of the Lotus-Born Master: Decrypting the Dakini Code
    Directed by Laurence Brahm
Imagine secret teachings that can only be downloaded from parallel universes by prophets with the help of divine consorts. These teachings can help future generations at a time when our planet is suffering from self-destruction due to shortsighted greed and aggression.
In his 2019 documentary film, “Return Lotus-Born Master,” director Laurence Brahm leads an expedition team into the “hidden realms” of the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, searching for secret teachings concealed by the Lotus-Born Master during the Eighth Century.
These “hidden realms” are portals to parallel universes where the teachings of the Lotus-Born Master are concealed in the hologram of our universal subconscious. These teachings can lead us to a future of peace, harmony and mutual respect called Shambhala.
Shrouded in myth and mystery, the Lotus-Born Master, is recognized as the founder of Vajrayana or Tibetan Buddhism. “Return of the Lotus-Born Master” filmed in 2019, is a sequel to the international award winning documentary film “Searching for the Lotus-Born Master” directed by Laurence Brahm in 2018.
In “Searching the Lotus-Born Master,” documentary film director Laurence Brahm beckoned to ask: was the founder of Tibetan Buddhism also the father of quantum physics? Now in the sequel, “Return of the Lotus-Born Master” he proves it.
“Return of the Lotus-Born Master,” produced by William Lou and Laurence Brahm, presents amazing previously unseen cinematography of Bhutan and explores previously un-filmed locations in the this Himalayan kingdom.

I had a dream about padmasambhava before I knew who he was. When I woke up I had to Google mustached Buddha, rainbow bellied Buddha to find out who he was. In the dream I was him at first, I was the Buddha looking at a table of offerings, an altar offering table somewhere in San Francisco, where people placed flowers and created an altar. and I knew(as him) that the people that left the offering were very blessed to make such an offering. And I as the Buddha was very joyful, from The beauty of the flowers and the gratefulness I felt from the room of offerings . Then suddenly I was outside of him, seeing him with big eyes and a crazy big smile in purple robes with a mustache and rainbows coming out from his stomach. He pointed to a framed image of a baby on the table to the left of his framed image. He said ‘Amitabha’. Which I understood as him saying-pray to him not me. Then together we went in to an inner room where I saw a window opening out to outer space, with a lightning field in the darkness of space. I wanted to go fly there. I thought, if I can be a Buddha I can do anything! I want to know about that light, the source beginning of light itself! And I laughed with the pure joy of a child and I pressed my hand into a fist and flew out the window like Superman towards the lightning. I can’t remember anything after that. I woke and I learned after researching that there was a mustache wearing Buddha who taught about the rainbow body and making the fist is his mudra a teaching called The lightning path. And I learned Amitabha is the Buddha of infinite light. This dream came the night that I made very deep promises before bed, inspired by Nelson Mandela and his deep compassion, I promised to be compassionate and at least stop eating meat. I’ve deduced that I made a promise that opened me to this Buddha plane. Still I pay more attention to him then Amitabha , because he’s so inspiring and active but I’m learning from this dream and hope to understand more .

@@luisjavierrodriguezheredia2037 to seriously want to study and practice the Dharma, guidance of a real learned Guru is first and foremost. His Holiness The 17th Karmapa Ogyen Thinley Dorjee advice on choosing a guru. He gave the example of trading for a horse, like before buying one look at the teeth to check the age of the horse, check on legs to see how strong he is and how fast he can run, agility etc likewise before looking for a guru you should check the quality of a master, his knowledge, his behavior, his compassion, kindness etc. It takes long before decide to choose a a master, some may look tough outside but their motivation could be of compassionate inside. There are many capable masters or Gurus from whome you can receive preliminary teachings. Ask your various Dharma friends who already are practicing Dharma. From Kagyu or Nyingma sect there is Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche who is a retreat master, then there is Dudjom Rinpoche who is from Nyingma sect, there are many many good Gurus in other sects from where you can receive teachings.

I wish I could like this more than once, I seriously have tried to click 'like' a few times. This means so much to us practitioners. For years I have seen this as the Dharma ending age. Similar to impermanence/emptiness, this is not wholly negative. The teaching is a renaissance of awakening. Flowing from this dark age. Where the Dharma is difficult to hear and understand. We come out of this challenging time as greater beings, compassionate and awakened. We must see the root of self, the oneness of divinity. This can be seen in Vajrayana, Vedanta, Christianity, Islam, Shaivism. To commune with the power of the divinity. Truly become the embodiment of the Bodhicitta ideal. To seek liberation for oneself. With the goal to seek an end of suffering for all sentient beings.

We have to thank all of you for this effort, indeed. Letting all those persons communicating their knowlwdge, expressing their views, is very useful for persons of the Western world. The propositions are quite interesting as expansions of the old techings, and more of the different ways of the simple "meditation" known around, relating them to some advanced new science ideas, now somehow reduced to "quantum" physics. And so, at the end, falling into that Stars Wars world and the "dynamic" Bonita Morena warrior, gave me a good laugh, reminding me of the inocent human worlds around. Huge compassion indeed!! Congratulations! We wait for thew next step up.

I like your observation! Maybe Carl Jung would have called it an archetypal connection between all these different legends? If they are archetypical manifestations from other dimensions revealing themselves in different modes and times where do we draw the line between what is the individual and the collective experience, for instance? Isn’t it also pointing towards a timeless reality beyond past, present and future?

In my opinion Science hasn't even touch the shadow of Vajrayana or Tantrayana knowledge of Buddhism yet now.

What I'm saying is that there are lots of deeper knowledge which could benefit all if these brilliant mind give some thought to actually practice or learn Buddhist science. Sentient beings benefit a lot to reach enlightenment. My uncle who is a very good monk used to say these scientists are such intelligent people if they learn Dharma how much they change this world for good.

@@JustForfun-ok4ed My discomfort with the doc is that it implies that spiritual accomplishment can be attained through the use of material objects, a phurba, and had very little to say about actual spiritual practice, meditation/sadhana. Just get one of those phurba's and your set. Problem is that there are so many practitioners already have this tendancy. Shechen Rabjam Rinpoche and a few of the others set things straight at the end but the majority of the film I found was very new agey. Is Lawrence Brahm even a Buddhist? He needed assistance making a Kata offering???

To your point, check out the Mind and LIfe Institute website. Since the 1990's neuroscientists and the Dalai Lama have partnered in just the way you are suggesting. There is now a small but growing body of good science on various Buddhist meditation practices using EEG and functional MRI's. Additionally there is solid evidence that meditation training reduces recurrent depression significantly. There are several excellent books produced from the Mind and LIfe conferences. "The Mind's Own Physician" and "The Monastery and the Microscope" are two that I've read because I found them in our public library. The Institute also has a series of podcasts .

The seven line prayers embody the essence of all Buddha's teachings on non-duality and it has different layers of meaning - outer, inner, secret.

One of the most trustworthy statements of the Dorje Dradul (among the plethora -and doubtless his students, colleages and friends both east and west might agree) is: "one needs a tremendous sense of relationship with the lineage" NAMASTE

I just can't explain how I feel when I watch this. Something deep inside is stirring. I've had to watch this twice. I feel deeply connected and familiar with some of the monks. I've been circling many theological ideas and philosophies for the past 10 years. Never have I resonated with a tradition so much. I've been fond of Krishna and Shiva for some time but feel that this type of path I can bring into my life in a practical way. I don't know why but each day I've been bowing to a mini statue of buddha I was given. Where on earth I go from here I don't know.....the heart will lead. Best wishes and massive gratitude for peiceing this together. I don't think you'll ever know what has been sparked, but my gosh it's profound........fortunately here in the UK we have an active Nepalese community. Time to make some new friends. 😌

Maybe you can try to find a Nyingmapa Dharma center near you! Or a Kagyupa, or Sakyapa, doesn’t matter, but try to figure out if it’s really authentic Dharma with an authentic lineage! Good luck!!! :)

ANOTHER AMAZING ADVENTURE THANK YOU SHAMBALA STUDIO MAY THE UNIVERSE BLESS YOU PROTECT YOU AND BRING YOU PEACE. One of the reason that brought me here is that I had a mystical experience while meditating that left me thirsty for the truth. While meditating and reciting the NAM MYO HO RENGE KYO mantra, my consciousness was shot into a wormhole, I traveled into some kind of vortex with black and white tiles swirling real fast with a high pitch sound. I was then dropped into a vacuum space which I later discovered was called a "torus field". That vacuum space was some kind of warm greyish black color. In the middle of the torus field was a small star of light whom I was having a conversation with. It felt like we were talking by telepathy, however that light's voice was making all the cells in my body tremble. That light knew what I would say before I could even think about it, its like it was reading through my mind and my heart. It taught me that love is the most powerful essence of the universe, it gave me some advice as well for my wellbeing. I had no fear in that place and everything that my heart desired was just there for me to grab. It felt like I was much longer in the torus field than I was in regular life...PLEASE HELP ME DECIPHER WHAT HAPPENED TO ME...I BEG TO BELIEVE THATS NOT A JOKE. Since that experiment I realised that my intuition kind of learned some things I was never acquainted with before. My brain can recognize some things I was never aware before....please help if you can or guide to someone who can help. Thank you for putting me on the path of discovering the most precious experience that happened to me through your documentary.

You had an astral body experience and crossed into a parallel dimension in which the knowledge that love is the most powerful essence was given to you. That means universal love, not like personal relationship love. With the universal love you can transform all around you and in turn yourself. All mandalas are co-existent in the field. Your journey to another dimension was actually simultaneously a journey to your own heart. Open your own love to all and the universe will respond. Thank you for sharing your experience with all of us in the Shambhala community. It is a precious realization.
