Kuki is the kind of person that is really happy and sweet, but not oblivious. I remember until today the episode when Numbuh 1 says: "A PLAN, A PLAN, SOMEONE GIVE ME A PLAN!" (I'm from Brazil, so I translate the text from here, maybe its different in the original) and Kuki thinks really fast and makes something that actually works. She is one of my favorite cartoon characters.
What does any of this have to do with Totally Spies? Were you just looking up random footage from this show just to trash it and compare it to another series it has nothing in common with? Random person: Well, both shows feature agents. Yeah, but one's trying to be an American anime while showing a lack of understanding of how anime actually works while the other is a parody series satirizing how children view standards set by adults.
