    이 영상이랑 다른 발레팔 영상 꾸준히 하니까 팔뚝살이 정말 많이 빠졌어요!!! 거의 1인치 이상 줄었구요 어깨라인도 비대칭이 있었는데 등 근육을 키워주니 자세도 좋아졌어요

    너무 힘들지만 좋아요. 펄리나님 운동이랑 스트레칭 자주 따라해요. 허리 뒷쪽이랑 러브핸들 집중 공략 하는 운동

    하체 스트레칭 - 힙 - 복근 - 상체까지 매일매일 따라한지 일주일째에요 ! 하고나면 머리부터 발끝까지 땀 범벅.. 😭 펄리나 쌤 영상이 제일 편안하고 난이도도 딱 좋아요. 이거보다 힘들면 포기하게 될거같아요.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 사실 지금도 너무 힘듬.. ㅠㅠㅜ 좋은 영상 정말 감사해요!
    근데 동작을 할 때 승모근에 힘이 잔뜩 들어가는데… 이걸 어떻게 힘을 뺄 수 있을까요? ㅜㅜㅜㅜ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 상체에 근육이라고는 없어서 유일하게 발달한 승모근으로^^.. 운동을 하게되는 것 같은 느낌이라 불안해요.. ㅠㅜㅜ ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
    이 영상은 중간중간 로딩 느려지시는거 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 너무 인간적이고 조아여.. ♥️ 나만 힘든ㄱㅔ 아니구나.. 싶어서 위로가 됩니다.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 전 + 온몸이 부들부들 진동..^^ ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
